About Graham Hults
Graham is a PhD candidate in the Department of Civil and Systems Engineering (CaSE), the Center for Systems Science and Engineering (CSSE) at Johns Hopkins University. His research primarily focuses on decision-focused learning applications for natural hazard mitigation across critical infrastructure and facilities. This is a continuation of his prior experience working for the Department of the Air Force as a federal employee tasked with solving complex flood mitigation, forecasting, and decision-making challenges. Graham is passionate about community engagement and aims to incorporate stakeholder objectives and interactions directly into the ways that he approaches problems.
